Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
